I am a DPhil student in the Astrophysics Department of the University of Oxford, and a member of Christ Church.

My research interests include Dark Energy and decoding the information contained in the Cosmic Microwave Background, Baryon Acoustic Oscillations and Type Ia Supernovae. I am also interested in new statistical methods of parameter estimation and forecasting.

    I am currently in the second year of a DPhil degree in Astrophysics. Beyond my research I am passionate about outreach and the public understanding of science.

    When I am not working I love to sing, paint, cook and bake. I have a weakness for making cocktails, reading and watching movies... and have been known to watch the occasional Dr House episode.
