Path2SKA is a project aimed at training the next generation of
scientists and engineers in the European Research Area
who will use and develop the next-generation radio telescope the
Square Kilometre Array (SKA). The training programme will
focus on exploiting the
potential of inter-disciplinary teams involving researchers from the academic and commercial
sectors.
It is seeking EC funding under the
FP7 Initial Training Network (ITN) scheme.

It was
re-submitted
under the FP7-PEOPLE-2011-ITN call, and failed again (with 93.5%
marks). The
draft FP7-PEOPLE-2012-ITN version
will be submitted January 2012.
